Hi. I’m Stevi.
Hi, I'm Stevi—mom to Remy and Hazel, dog mom to Charles and Sky, and your biggest cheerleader on your fitness journey.
I moved to Santa Barbara in 2006 to attend UCSB, where I earned degrees in Biochemistry and Physical Anthropology with a minor in Art. After graduating, I went into the nursing program at SBCC, and also worked in accounting for several years before staying home with my kids during COVID.
Like many parents, I lost myself a bit after starting a family. I'd always been active and loved sports, but fitness took a backseat for years. During the pandemic, I decided it was time to prioritize my own recovery and well-being. After coming off of a running injury, I knew I needed to get back to strength training to improve my performance, support longevity, and prevent new injuries.
I got my Personal Training certification initially just to educate myself. But along the way, I discovered a passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness. I've since acquired multiple certifications including Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Functional Nutrition Specialist, Stretch/Flexibility, and Boxing Coach.
When my kids were little, I poured everything into them and rarely filled my own cup. I learned that investing even a little time in myself each day improved my life in every way—physically, mentally, emotionally, and much more energy to give my kids. Boxing, lifting, and the incredible community I've found through fitness have carried me through some of the hardest times in my life. Working out empowers me, reduces my stress, and brings me genuine happiness.
That journey—and what it's given me—inspired me to share it with others because I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and capable in their own body.
When I am not in the gym- I like to spend my time adventuring with my children and my boyfriend, James. I enjoy walking/hiking with my dogs, cooking/baking, reading, and traveling.
I truly look forward to getting to know each and every one of my clients, witnessing their growth and forming friendships that extend beyond the gym. I cant wait to meet you and be part of your transformation.
